Systems usability in Housing Associations - call for participation

De Voil Consulting are carrying out a study of systems usability in Housing Associations, ALMOs and council housing departments. This has three strands:

• The organisations' in-house IT systems;
  
  
• The organisations' public-facing websites;
  
  
• External systems with which organisations must interact.
  
  

We expect the results to be available between September and December 2009.

Housing Associations, ALMOs and council housing departments in England are invited to take part in this study. This will involve the completion of a questionnaire by your staff and at least one visit to your offices by our consultants. The degree of time commitment required can be tailored according to the areas of study that are of interest to you.

There is no charge for taking part. The results of the study will be made available to participating organisations.
